Karan Singh had barely turned 18 when on the 23rd of October 2008 he was diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia. The family was shocked, he’d been a real healthy boy all his life and had barely been sick a day in his life. Though his treatment began right away at the Apollo Hospital in New Delhi and no stone was left unturned to cure him, the disease progressed rapidly and Karan passed away on the 28th of December 2008. Barely 3 months after the first diagnosis.

That my friends is the nature of cancer. It left Karan’s family devastated and seeing first hand what Cancer can do to not only the patient but also to his/her family , friends and associates we set up the Karan Singh Cancer Foundation.
